More than Sixty-Four-Thousand people are reported ‘Missing’ in India every month. As countermeasure, the NSC and CBI created an A.I. known as "APEX" that uses historical data and present day information it gathers to identify patterns across heinous crimes and to spot Serial Predators. A special squad was assembled to utilize APEX to solve these crimes and catch India's worst serial killers and rapists. These are the cases of APEX.
